Today is Perihelion Day, the day when the Earth is closest to the sun. To celebrate this annual event, we plan to have a traditional Perihelion Day dinner of Wienerschnitzel chili cheese dogs. The wine selection is still TBD, but I’m leaning toward a Nickel and Nickel cab.
